Description
Our client is a top-tier international law firm who are looking to hire an associate/senior associate for their Capital Markets team. This team works on some of the biggest deals and securities offerings throughout APAC and continue to bring in a strong pipeline of work. They are keen to meet with Singapore Capital Market lawyers who are technically excellent with a strong work ethic.
Requirements:
- Excellent Academic Qualifications
- Singapore/Australian Qualified, between 2-8 PQE
- Experience with ECM/IPO and/or DCM transactions
- Experience with Aus IPOs is highly advantageous
- Strong time management skills to work on multiple deals and timelines concurrently
- Takes initiative and a team player
