An exciting opportunity has come up to join the IP/Technology disputes team at this top tier US law firm as part of the group's continued growth.
The team has a particular focus on complex technology disputes including IP crossover issues such as copyright litigation in connection with new product launches and infringement risks, trade secrets, misuse of data and reputational threats.
