Our client, a top-ranking law firm with a reputation for technical excellence and commercially focused advice, is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join their award-winning Real Estate team. The firm is known for investing in its people, offering a supportive, collaborative culture where staff are truly valued.

The Role
Working as part of the Real Estate team, you will focus on the finance aspects of high-value real estate transactions, acting for developers, UHNW investors, and leading global institutional clients.

You will gain exposure to a diverse range of asset classes and finance solutions, including:

• Secured lending
• Development finance
• Hotel finance
• Islamic finance
• Mezzanine finance transactions

This is a client-facing role with opportunities to develop relationships, build networks, and gain referrals, while collaborating with colleagues to deliver world-class legal services.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE in Real Estate Finance
• Strong academic record and technical knowledge of real estate finance
• Excellent communicator with clients and colleagues alike
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and commercially astute
• Strong team player, motivated to manage your own caseload and drive your development
